This In-House Affiliates Module (IHA) allows you to form loose partnerships by taking on Affiliates who may sell their goods in your store. This catalogue is running IHA!.

The mod tracks sales of affiliate products and provides earnings totals. It provides limited Administration permissions for your affiliates so they may add products and images to the store, and control only their own products, and view their own product sales and earnings. If mod feature New Product Approval is enabeld, only approved products (by main store admin) are shown! Main store admin can disable all products of any affiliate member by one click. Percentage earnings are configurable by the main store administrator, and may vary from one affiliate to the next, depending on the agreement you make with each affiliate. Affiliates may recieve email notification each time one of their products is sold, if email notification is desired.

There is also an option to reduce gross sales by an agreed amount to cover store overhead costs. Here is an example of how this works:

EXAMPLE. You use a payment gateway such as PayPal, which exacts a fee on each sale transaction. You agree with your affiliate that the gateway costs will be shared by store and affiliate, so gateway fees are subtracted from gross sales, then the net amount is split between affiliate and store according to agreed percentage. The program can be setup to subtract an average amount for store overhead, or with additional programming can be set up to subtract actual gateway fees. The mod includes programming for the PayPal gateway, to fetch actual fees from PayPal sales and subtract them from gross affiliate sales as overhead , configurable if so desired.

The mod also provides print-friendly versions of sales reports for printing hard copies of affiliate records.

Affiliates are paid "manually." The store main admin can select a period for viewing affiliate earnings totals, then pay affiliate appropriately. This allows the main Admin to check sales statistics and records before authorizing payment for affiliate sales.

This mod is perfect for those personal partnerships with others who have talent to contribute to the overall service and product line of your store.

Recomendations:We recommend you to purchase Advanced Image Manager mod. Every Affiliate will see only own images (separate image folder for Affiliates)

This is major mod. (29 new mod files / 27 files have to be modified). Full installation of this mod takes about 45 minutes for php familiar guy/gal, about 90-120 minutes for not php familiar ones. We suggest you to order installation when you are not php familiar.

Be aware this mod uses domain licence revision. The licence key is generated for any store using this mod. You are NOT able to run mod configuration and core mod backend files without licence key. Licence key package is accesible via our helpdek within 48hours.
