This mod enables you to select specific products from your catalog and assign these products as accessories to another product. Once assigned, these "accessory products" will be displayed when a product with accessories is viewed. The customer will be able to add these accessories to the basket at  the same time as the product being viewed by just checking a checkbox next to product accessories name. The product and all checked accessory products are added to the basket at the same time with a single click!

There are three ways of assigning accessory products to products.

1. You can select a specific product from your catalog and assign it. Example: Let's say you are selling a game console, you can assign an extra controller to the game console product and when a customer views this game console the extra controller will be displayed on the same page and can be added to the basket by checking a checkbox next to it. Both the game console and the extra controller will be added to the basket with a single click on the add to basket button
2. You'll be able to create an unlimited number of "Accessory Packages". Each accessory package can have one or more accessory products. Example: Let's say you sell Digital Cameras. You create and "Camera Accessories" package and and in this package you add other products like extra batteries, extra 1GB storage media, 2GB storage media and Extended Service plan. Then all you do is assign a single accessory package to all of your digital cameras and these accessory products will be displayed on product view page and customer can add them to the basket with a check and a single click on add to basket button.
3. You can also use a combination of the above methods. A product can have an accessory package and a specific product assigned at the same time. all products in the access package and one or more specific products can be added to the basket with a check and a single click on the add to basket button.

Think of it as assigning product options to products but in this case a product option can also be sold on it's own, as an item elsewhere within your store. Another side benefit to this is you now have stock control over option products.

The following administrative functions are available from the admin panel:

1) Enable/Disable the mod
2) Create Accessory Packages.
3) Enable/Disable Accessory Packages
4) Enable/Disable Accessory product prices
5) Enable/Disable Accessory product names as links
6) Enable/Disable Accessory product thumbnails

From the Product Edit screen you will be able to assign one or more specific products as accessory products and one or more Accessory Packages.

In addition to assigning specific products you'll be able to discount accessory products. Discounting accessory items is optional.
