Speed up the Checkout!

~ Two-step Checkout for logged-in users: Logged-in user is taken to Step 4 immediately.
~ If you use only one payment gateway, customer is able to add comments in Step 4 and be taken directly to the payment processor page!
~ If you use more than one payment gateway, whole gateway selection page is moved to Step4 page! (v1.3)
~ New gateway support - FREE gateway if GRAND TOTAL is zero (v1.4)
~ Code optimized (v1.5)

Checkout with this modification doesn't use STEP 2, STEP 5 bypasses STEP 3 as default. Since version 1.4 a FREE gateway is involved to omit any payment processor you set. If GRAND TOTAL is zero/null order status goes to PROCESSING status automaticaly (order success/download links emails sent).
