This mod is useful for all stores, it allows your customers to contact you easily without leaving your store and it can also help to prevent an increase in the amount of spam you may receive.

There is no limit to the number of contact/email forms that you can setup, and you can add them into any of your CubeCart site documents.

Demo:

• You can try out a demonstration of the default contact form - this demo shows the CAPTCHA (visual verification to minimize spam).
• You can view a live example of a customized contact form - this is the contact form used at Estelle's Mod Store for all enquiries.

Advanced features (these features are unique to this mod, they are not included in the simpler Fully Flexible Contact Forms):

1. Configurable email recipients - allows you to send emails to different email addresses depending on a customer's choices within the contact form.
2. Custom response messages - if you have multiple contact forms you can define unique response messages to be displayed by your different contact forms.
3. Require customer to be logged in - any forms can be adjusted to require the customer to be logged in before the form can be submitted.
4. Store admin link added to email - if the customer is logged in, a URL can be added to the email such that a store administrator can pull up the customer's account simply by clicking on the link.

Features:

• Optional CAPTCHA visual verification allows you to minimize spam, click on the third thumbnail above to see a screenshot. (reCAPTCHA has been used, which is easier to use than other CAPTCHA's and offers additional benefits)
• Error messages are displayed within the page with a slick fade in animation affect. (The animation effect may not work on older browsers).
• Javascript popups are no longer used, thereby helping to make this mod user friendly for your customers.
• Contact forms are easier to customize. (May still require basic knowledge of HTML).
• Fields can easily be set as mandatory/required with no use of javascript code.
• No limit to the number of contact/email forms.
• Fully integrated within your store - the contact forms can be added to any of your CubeCart site documents.
• Customized contact forms can consist of any type of input fields (text input, drop down selection, radio buttons, checkboxes, etc)
• Documentation is included to assist you if you wish to customize your contact form, knowledge of HTML may be required.
