This is the upgraded version of the simple contact us form that now has cubecarts captcha image build into it. It includes the same features as before: hides your email away from prying eyes, checks it is being sent from your domain, checks that the email and message fields are filled in. To use the captcha feature it must be turned on in your admin panel. instructions are also included so you can add your own text (ie. msg/ address) to the top of the form (any text message will be permanently visible to the customer). to style the text you only need to know basic html.
