The template (skin) file is located here:

skins/YOUR_SKIN/styleTemplates/global/index.tpl

The template display the HTML required for the page to display in a browser, however the content is controlled by an equivalent PHP file in order to display the correct information. The control (core PHP) files are located here:

/includes/global/index.php


Within the template, there are a selection of placeholders which are filled by additional templates from the 'content' and 'boxes' directories.
