My store has been modified a bit and now, somehow, no longer sends an automatic confirmation e-mail after a successful order. I have traced the problem to the order.php file. The e-mail is built fine, but the $config variable is empty. I get a false from $mail->send(). I need this fixed, please.

Have you added any plugins or other external modifications to the site? Have seen troubles in the past that were due to a 3rd party mod using their own $config variable and overwriting the cubecart one.
Doesn't tend to be caused by the type of mods done by people on this forum, it's usually 3rd party mailing programs and such that just offer things for general use. Unfortunately, I have exhausted many hours on this bug. It's possible that a 3rd party mod caused this. I need a developer to hire. I'm sure that a PHP/CubeCart pro could get this figured out in relatively short order! |

Have you compared the stock cubecart file with your stores file to see if there are any noticeable differences?
Do you remember what 3rd party mods you installed? |
