Just a request to see if anyone has done this before I have a look at creating it?
I would like to have customers input data in two separate text boxes, but I would like the text boxes to act as Product options and have there prices added to cart . |

Anyone? I am willing to pay for the Mod if it is Available as it will save me some time. I have asked Estelle if she has one available but received no reply as of yet.

It would hopefully work as an option with a set price ie: customer text box entry - price and customer number entry - price, the customer will need to fill out both boxes in order to proceed

Sorry I would like to have variable prices to what has been entered, but if not single price per option would be fine
