Description:
Easy to use, yet very flexible! Allows unlimited shipping zones, shipping methods, and shipping rates.

Admin Interface:
The interface is designed to allow quick editing. You can edit any or all of your shipping rates simultaneously. You can also clone any of your shipping zones or shipping rates. Many features can be enabled or disabled to hide any functionality that is not needed. Inline help is provided for quick access to info.

Functionality:

1. Shipping Zones (optional)

   Any number of shipping zones can optionally be setup, based on countries and states/provinces.

2. Shipping Methods

   Any number of different shipping methods can be setup.
   Examples: Regular, Express, Cash On Delivery, Pick Up, Next Day Delivery, etc...

3. Shipping Rates

   Shipping rates can be calculated in four different ways (or any combination of these).

   • Flat Rate charge (e.g. Handling fee)
     
   • Weight charge
     
   • Per Item charge
     
   • Percent (of subtotal) charge

   Example (showing zones, methods and a variety of rates):
   Within Zone A (local country):
   For Method "Pick Up" ...... Shipping rate = FREE
   For Method "Regular" ...... Shipping rate = $4.00
   For Method "Express" ...... Shipping rate = $6.00 + ($0.50 per kg)
   Within Zone B (international):
   For Method "Regular with insurance" ...... Shipping rate = $8.00 + (5% of subtotal)

4. Ranges (Optional)

   You can also configure different shipping rates depending on the weight or subtotal of the basket.
   
   Example 1:
   For orders under $100 ...... Shipping rate = $5.00
   For orders $100 or over ...... Shipping rate = FREE
   Example 2:
   For orders up to 0.5kg ...... Shipping rate = A
   For orders 0.5kg to 3kg ...... Shipping rate = B
   For orders 3kg to 20kg ...... Shipping rate = C
   (Orders over 20kg not permitted)
   

Advanced Functionality:

Warning Log (Optional): If you have complicated shipping zones or weight/subtotal ranges, you can enable the warning log, which logs any cases where a customer doesn't qualify for any shipping options. You can then use this information to correct any problems in your zones/rates/ranges, or to contact the customer, etc.

We are looking for a Mod for Shipping or a programmer who can create a custom Shipping Mod for our site. Below you will find a description of our needs:

Specifically, our client needs to have a shipping Mod created that allows us to charge for shipping in the following manner:

– Minimum shipping of $5.00.

– Orders under $100 will be charged 10% of the total order.

– Orders over $100 will be charged 5% of the total order.

– Expedited shipping will need to be available at an additional cost.


Is this possible with your current "all-in-one" shipping module? THanks!

Hi, yes, it is.

For the regular shipping you would configure it like this:

For subtotals 0.00 - 50.00, shipping price is 5.00 (flat rate charge)
For subtotals 50.01 - 100.00, shipping price is 10% of subtotal (percentage charge)
For subtotals 100.01 - 999999, shipping price is 5% of subtotal (percentage charge)

For expedited shipping you would add shipping rates that are similar to the above, but with an increased shipping price.

Note that with the shipping you described, if the order is $99.99 the customer will pay $10 shipping, but if the order is $100.01 the customer will pay $5 shipping. This doesn't quite seem right to me

This is one great mod, I must say! Saved me a ton of time. Easy to configure, very easy to edit/make changes. Considering the time you saved me initially and in maintaining I'd have to say the cost is extremely reasonable and not really one of the top 3 considerations.

I'm interested with your mods..
Most courier in my country have shipping regulation of weight and Destination. It's mean shipping cost are the total weight and it's different regarding the destination/city. there are 200 more destination/city in my country.

is it possible that your mods can:
1. add courier name, so my client can choose what courier they like
2. add a lot of shipping price per weight per destination

Yes, however you can only setup shipping zones ("destinations") for different states/provinces. You CANNOT setup shipping zones for different postal codes. I am working on a separate mod "All In One Shipping with Postcodes" for CubeCart 3 - if you need to setup different shipping prices for different postal code regions please contact me.

You can use any shipping method names/descriptions of your choosing, so yes you can use courier names. You simple need to enter your courier names into the language file. You can use anything such as "USPS Priority", "First Class", "Australia Post", "Regular Shipping", "Express Shipping (1-2 days)", etc etc.

Province = county (we can make changes in zone section at admin area).
a want to input the price per province/county as in the zone setting.
So when buyer make checkout, they can choose what courier they like, choose destination (province/county) and total weights automatically calculated.

one more question before i made the purchase
in registration and shipping address pages, there are no selectable zone/province to choose (any country, no matter there are some zones).
it just text field that customer should input the zone/province them selves.
is there something to do with the shipping module? Because when i activate ship by weight module, it doesnt effect the form.

I don't know it's CC3 bugs or not..

For example

Yes you can. I use this mod and have different zones set up in a similar way where the delivery is different depending on what you spend :-)

I am looking for a mod that can do "Cash On Delivery" (with its options). I noticed that this mod could do it. But after checking your demo I could not find anything that came near to this.

Am I missing something?

And is this mod capable on doing payment in advance? (with the options too off course)

Shipping by subtotal / Subtotal table rates - peterhugill - Yes absolutely this module can be used to setup flat rate shipping that depends on the order subtotal

States/provinces problem - CorpseGrinder - Unfortunately CubeCart 3 does very simple matching of states/provinces, it just does a string comparison to see if there is a match with either the full state name or the state acronym. The text must match precisely, there can't even be full stops in the state acronym. I am working on a separate module to fix this problem, basically rather than setting up zones based on states/provinces it will allow you to setup zones based on postal code regions, which is very precise and also more flexible. Currently it is still in development, it is called "All In One Shipping with Postcodes CC3", if interested please go to my store homepage and in the Coming Soon section use the 'Notify me when available' feature and I can then notify you as soon as it is released. If I remember I will also post in this topic when the new module is completed.

@Jayphen - I would need more information before I could provide you with advice. I don't know how you want shipping to be calculated (accurately or simplistically?), I don't know what shipping companies you are using. Contact me via the link in my signature if you would like further assistance.

I have purchased and installed the mod and it works fine.

When you setup the options they are all in $ but the only currency I have enabled is £ ? Is it the symbol which is wrong or do I infact need to do all the prices in $ ?

@Chris - It is your local currency. The dollar sign is displayed in an attempt to make it clear that you need to enter a price (rather than a percentage, etc). Unfortunately it displays as a dollar sign at all times regardless of currency - has to be fixed in a future version.

@peterhugill - As replied to your email, this indicates that STEP 2 in the installation instructions has not been completed correctly
