Description:

This mod is useful for all stores, it allows your customers to contact you easily without leaving your store and it can also help to prevent an increase in the amount of spam you may receive.

There is no limit to the number of contact/email forms that you can setup, and you can add them into any of your CubeCart site documents.

Features:

• Any type of input field can be added to your contact form.
  
• If you wish to customize your contact form, this will require knowledge of HTML. Documentation is included to assist you if you wish to customise your contact form.
  
• Fully integrated with your CubeCart store.
  
• A helpful success/failure message is returned, and the contents of the email are displayed to allow the customer to check that they did not make a mistake.
  
• Different fields can be set to required/optional and email address validation is performed.
  
• The email can optionally be CC or BCC'ed to the customer's email address, or any another email address.
  
• The customer's IP address is added to the email.
  
• Updated through Admin->Site Documents.
  
• Can be added to any site document(s) that you wish.

I'm having problems with this mod, once the information is submitted, the user is taken back to the shop frontpage with no confirmation message or emails for admin or user... Any help?

I have replied to your email. It is because you have this in your styleTemplates/global/index.tpl file:

<base href="http://...yourdomain.../" />

So you are going to have to hard code the page that the form needs to be sent to. Edit the site document HTML, look for this:

<form name="contactForm1" id="contactForm1" action="#" method="post">

In this case it should be changed to:

<form name="contactForm1" id="contactForm1" action="/info/contact-us-2.html" method="post">
