Please read the following important guidelines/terms and conditions regarding the submission of text and images for the live documentation:

• All text and images submitted MUST be your own work and not taken from a third-party source.
• No confidential information can be included in any screenshots, images or text.
• Documentation should relate to the CubeCart core product as downloaded from CubeCart.com. Documentation for third-party mods or skins is not permitted, other than the process of installation or removal in general terms.
• Screenshots must not include any items relating to the use of a third-party mod. For example, the screenshot showing that a third-party mod is installed, even though the purpose of the screenshot is to show something else.
• IMPORTANT: It is important to note the copyright license applied to all submitted material, details of which are available in the forum rules.
• We guarantee that any text and images submitted will not be used for commercial gain in any way.

What to submit?

When submitting text and images, please ensure the following:

• Images are clear and not resized.
• Please use PNG, GIF or JPG for image format.
• Text can be submitted in a post.
• Where a word processing document is used for the text and images, please include a copy of the images as an extra attachment to the submission.
• If screenshots are taken of the front end, ensure the store is using one of the shipped skins without modification.
• If screenshots are taken in Admin, ensure the store is using the default layout and color scheme and without modifications.

By submitting text and images to the forum for the purpose of being used in the documentation area, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
