I bought the express checkout mod and also downloaded a sql backup program from Toucan. Both worked great. Would recommend to anyone looking for these.
I haven't had to contact Toucan for any support yet, so I cannot comment on the service that you might receive from them, but I can say that the mods were delivered in quick fashion, and work exactly how I need them to! I would recommend this author to others based on the software I have downloaded and put to use. Good and easy to follow install instructions. These went off without a hitch.

Just a quick note to say thank you to Jonathan at ToucanWebDesign the service has been great. I have two mods express checkout and saved delivery addresses. Jonathan has been very helpful and I would recommed him to anyone.

I requested multiple custom modifications for CC3
and give an AAA+++ for the result. Every mod requested was completed in verry short time , for a reasonable price. A great coder to work with thx again for everything Paul |

When others said it wasn't possible,
Toucan web Design came up trumps. Multiple bespoke mods carried for us on cc4, reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Very impressed. |

Just a quick note to say thanks to Johnathan for a VAT mod to the cart. We wanted to show total VAT including the shipping VAT as one Tax total. Johnathan did this and added our VAT number plus our logo to the 'packing slip' all for a very reasonable price.
Change from this: where shipping cost has the VAT within the price product 1 £107.50 subtotal: £107.50 Tax: £ 18.50 Shipping: Courier UK £ 8.22 Basket total: £134.53 To this: product 1 £107.50 subtotal: £107.50 Shipping: Courier UK £ 7.00 Tax: £ 20.03 Basket total: £134.53 Where the shipping cost has the VAT added to the tax total five stars Thanks Vincent |

ToucanWebDesign have been a faultless supplier to work with, I have been very impressed with the reasonable priced custom mod & super fast service. Communication has been excellent throughout.
Have a few more bits of custom work lined up for these guys. 10/10 Ben. |

Thought I would touch base here - recently we asked for a new skin on our website and unfortunately the person we got to do it had some personal issues which meant they couldn't complete the task - so back to square one - and Toucan Web Design sort this for us, very quickly, very professional and at a reasonable price too.
As the job progressed we added a couple of features and nothing was a problem :-) Big patt on the back for you guys :-) |

I wanted the Menu customised for my site, I had asked on the forums for help but never got anywhere. I also noted that other people had asked for the same customisation of their menus. Well then I discovered Jonathan at Tucan Web Design. The service I got from him was fantastic, he understood first time what I required, instantly gave me a quote, then carried out the work quickly. I was so impressed with the service....and the price !! I know where I'm going in future. 5 stars !!!!

I wanted the option to substitute the Sales Items for the Latest Products on the homepage for v5. Jonathan gave a good price for doing the work and quickly developed exactly what I needed. I'm on an unpublished build, which required some tweaking of his code, plus I had just purchased a skin with different structure than the default skins - also required modification. All this was done promptly with great response time. I can't sing his praises enough, and will certainly use his services again.
