Estelle,
I contacted you about this through your website but thought I would post here as well just in case I could get a faster reply. I receive this error when trying to upload using the Upload Multiple Files feature Error: 751-1000Batch1.zip is over 512 KB Also, Is there a way I can view the images without having to go through each one individually? Seeing the pictures would help me to place them in the proper folders. I currently have over 2000 to categorize and it would be nearly impossible for me to individually view them and then place in categories. I believe the original CC File Manager displayed a view of the image thumbnails in the Manage Uploads view. I don't see this in your mod. Please reply. I have akumanz mass add mod and use it all the time to upload products. A row is selected fom the excel spreadsheet then copied and pasted into the row of the mass add mod. Once it is added it attaches the image to the product.
How will I be able to direct the images to the appropriate product using the Pro Image Manager mod? For example the mass add mod requires us to submit an entry like this. ISBN/UPC Title Description Price Sale Price Stock Weight Images 12345 Any title Book 5.99 0 50 1 title.jpg So if I FTP all images into folders using PIMM, when I add new products using MAM how will it work? Thanks P.S. Thanks for the instructions on how to increase the file size limit. I just wish the mod had an automatic image preview included instead of having to click on each individual image to determine what folder to place it in. Especially since I already have about 2,000 images in uploads/image folder. This post has been edited by quietype: Feb 5 2009, 05:52 PM |

P.S. Thanks for the instructions on how to increase the file size limit. By the way, anyone else who is having problems with filesize limits when uploading files, go to Admin -> General Settings, look for 'Max Upload Filesize'. Note that the number needs to be entered in BYTES, not in kB or MB. So to set it to 2048Kb you would actually have to enter: 2097150 I got help from Akumanz Great. -------------------- ![]() Estelle's Mod Store --> For help with any of my mods please use my contact page! Estelle,
Although Akumanz resolved the issue regarding the interaction between your mod and his Mass Add, I have run into a problem. The problem I am having now is that when I click on Manage Images no images show up. Although I have about 3000+ images in the images/uploads folder in the Cpanel image directory. I can create new folders in CC Admin panel but when I try to upload a zip file of 1MB it doesn't upload... instead its just "pending" as if it want to load but cant. I left it for about 6 minutes and it never uploaded the zip file. I tried a smaller size folder and it didn't upload. It works fine to upload 1 file but not multiple images at one time. I have the Maximum Upload Filesize to 5280. When I click on 3rd party link in Admin Panel It shows that the mod is active and enabled. But as I said the Manage Images folder is empty. When I look in Cpanel in the image directory the images are all there. I reviewed the install instructions carefully and I cant determine why these issues have arose. I do have quite a few mods but none of them interfered with the PIM mod before. Can you tell me why this is happening? Thanks, Iren |

I left it for about 6 minutes and it never uploaded the zip file. You upload multiple images by selecting the images individually, or if you use Google Chrome you can drag and drop each image onto the 'Browse' button. I have the Maximum Upload Filesize to 5280. Please refer to my post just above this one. But as I said the Manage Images folder is empty. In CubeCart 3 as soon as you have uploaded images they should be seen within Admin -> Manage Images. -------------------- ![]() Estelle's Mod Store --> For help with any of my mods please use my contact page! Please refer to my post just above this one, I have addressed this already. As answered already by email, you have to go to Admin -> Rebuild and Recount and run the option at the top of the page to rebuild the image database. The image list is cached and sometimes you will need to run this option, e.g. if you upload images via FTP. At this point I just want to get the mod to work. I am frustrated because I cant figure out what I am doing wrong. I have not gotten a successful upload since installing the mod. I have changed my max file upload settings in CC Admin Panel from 5208 to 2685240 to now 40960 and (many other numbers too) the multiple images in the zip file still wont extract and upload. I dont have Rebuild and Recount as an option in my Admin Panel. I never heard of it until now. Is this a standard feature with CC 3.0.17? I did a search for it on google but it seems to be standard with CC v4 not v3. I installed the fixcatcount but that does not populate the images. The only thing I have been able to do is create folders so far. That is it. I am not trying to give you a hard time its just that I rarely have problems with mods and have installed plenty of the complex free ones with little to no support at all. Since I had to purchase this mod I just need to get these issues fixed thats it and I will be on my way. I don't like to bother coders and much rather figure it out myself but when I am not resolving a problem in a timely manner I have no choice but to ask for help. I tried uninstalling the mod then reinstalling it. I have researched documentation in the documents section and downloads sections but no solution. I am still trying to fix this on my own but it is not easy for me since I did not code the mod. Any help you give is appreciated but if its too much trouble to help me troubleshoot this then I will try to request help from others on CC and CCF. Thanks |

I am also starting to wonder about Estelle's support. I have contacted her on 5 different occasions via email. I had my store installed under a domain name, which I chose not to renew. All I wanted to do was to have the Image Manager mod work when I install the store on my new domain.
I received two automated messages and one message from Estelle asking for additional information, which I promptly provided. Since then, complete silence. I'm sitting here with a piece of software that is unusable. I guess one has to be very selective with software vendors.
